Today, is different than other days... Typically, I live with extreme fatigue on a daily basis but this is seldom accompanied by anything else; however, today, I seem to be experiencing hot flashes all day long that cause me to sweat through my t-shirt, prompting the need for a shower... these sweats are not like NIGHT SWEATS but are low-grade and constant similar to a hot flash even though a hot flash does not last all day long. In addition, I am experiencing something between nausea, indigestion, and a build-up of intestinal gasses. My eyes feel swollen and tired and hurt in in sunlight.
Eating a small meal does not make me feel any better, nor does drinking water or drinking a soda pop and eating saltine crackers which usually works for me... It this a new combination of side effects as a result of a build-up of immunotherapy medications? Don't know... but it is two weeks before I see my Oncologist. In the meantime, I just have to live with it...
