Physical well being revolves around exercise and eating healthy.
Environmental well being revolves around having respect for the earth and all that grows from the earth.
Intellectual well being revolves around learning new things and keeping your mind open to new ideas.
Vocational well being revolves around enriching one's life as one may want/need it to be enriched.
Social well being is simply connecting with others and having others in your life consistently.
Emotional well being is having a positive attitude towards life which generate a positive self-esteem.
Spiritual well being is having a set of core beliefs and values around which you live and base your life.
